One of the sites that I run is a site that deals with Health and Wellness. We are having dramatic results with many major health conditions but this does cost money.

My question is does anyone know of a module that would allow someone to request support for someone?

What I would like is for a person to be able to fill in some basic info about this person including their condition and how much is needed. This would be viewable to the rest of the members in a list of people needing help. If someone would like to help a person they would click on that persons name and could then make a pledge for what ever amount that they would like to donate. This info would be displayed below this person in a list of those that have donated and how much with a total and how much is still needed. Also it would be great if this could be tied to a PayPal link.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
