How to fully translate the registration form ?

Hello,

I've almost completed translating Joomlapolis in French but some areas remain in English, for example in the registration form.

Here is my registration page and no matter where I look in the language.php file, I can't find where to translate that is missing
"First name"
"Last name"
The top and bottom part containing
" Field description: Move mouse over icon | * This Field is required | + This Field IS visible on profile | - This Field IS NOT visible on profile"

as well as the mouse over effects on most icons.

Please help.
