Is it possible to get an update on when the release is scheduled as it has been over 3 months since the last update from Beat, and early in the year when it all began.
I have... Offered to help test the beta Tried bribing Beat with Aussie beer Been the meat-in-the-sandwich with a number of very patient site owners
I am not trying to pressure you... just keep us in the loop please. This project is exactly what we have been waiting for, just one cannot help but think that something is very wrong.

Have you looked at Account Expiration Control (AEC)? It's very CB Friendly and it's available NOW. Not to take anything away from the CB Team, but like yourself, I couldn't explain the delays to clients anymore and moved on. I understand what's invlved in developing plugins like this, but it's very hard to explain this to clients who can't understand two sentence replies and 3-4 months between any news.
I'll revisit the CB sub solution when and if it is released. Frankly, I'd be happier if they spent the time on CB making it more extensible and working with the ACL, since AEC not only meets most of the specs planned for the CB sub option, but exceeds them in it's integration with other extensions.
Again, I don't mean disrespect the CB Team or its solution, but to address the realistic situation faced by guys like you and I who have projects to fulfill.
AEC is available at globalnerds.org and like CB it is free and has a subscription ware option.

Hi. This is exactly what we have been waiting for - it would be even better if it allowed new subscribers to register other new members too (eg a boss subscribing a number of employees - to create paid-for accounts). We are doing this at the moment using CB and AEC but can only allow new members to register themselves. To get them to register (and pay for) multi-users would be superb. Keep up the good work.

Wow. If it weren't for the occasional question here I would have thought this project was dead.
Introduced in JULY 06 (!) then announced as 'coming soon' in January 07, at the close of the year it isn't even breathing hard.
I'm sorry if I sound cynical, but at this point it would have to walk the dog and take the garbage out for me to be impressed in the light of so many other solutions that are now in their 3 and 4th generations.
