Ok. I'm having problems with Captcha 2.0 in a clean install of Mambo 4.6.2+CB 1.1. I get no security code image or audio in the frontend or backend. I only have CB Captcha plugin installed (deleted old captcha plugin). All file folders permissions are 755 and individual files are either 755 or 644. I can see the audio icon in the backend (no image) and the player pops up when it is clicked. However, no audio plays and I get the following in the audio window:

The above lines are then followed by garbage.
I have deleted and reinstalled the Captcha plugin several times with no success. Any ideas?

True, that file is missing in mambo 4.6.2. As quick fix, you can comment the include line in components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbcaptcha/captchaindex.php on line 15 by just adding 2 slashes like this :
//
at the begin of that line. Please then reply back here if all is ok 
We will then release later a new version with that fixed properly.
