I would like change (or delete) calendar popup for the field "date"...

Me, to. It seems to be quite complicated for some users to find the year.

Ideally would be an editable field with the pop-up buton next to it where it is now

exactly the same.

i would like just a controled "regex-javascript-based" text input field.

like dd/mm/yyyy or in english format yyyy/mm/dd

i need the date to be entered manually. anyone knows how to disable popup calendar. it is difficult to achive to enter the date.

half of my users have a birthday in 2006

yeah, they cant navigate trough the years. to complicatet for them

I've searched around the forum for a solution, and haven't found anything ...is there no way to remove this function and have a manually-formatted birthdate entered??

Also:
Once disabled, will the mod_birthday module still work?
