Create non-member profiles?

Hello.

I want to use an article and link the names within the articles to direct to their profile. They will not be members of my network though. I was wondering if it is possible to create a secondary profile section for non-users, where people will be able to view them.

Here is a link of an example article:

http://www.stinkytee.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=50&Itemid=72

I want to link each player and then use a profile page to provide a small bio on them. Is this possible? Can someone create for me please?

link for any user:

index.php?option=com_comprofiler&user=XYZ

where XYZ can be userid or username.
