Thanks! Glad to see people think this will be of use. I am sure alot of modules can be written to query off the new gallery table.


I also want to echo others here that for any user posted content such as photos it is important for many community site to maintain the all things are moderated design of CB. I would even go so far as to say that the fact you have taken the trouble to code this might give some pause to the idea of having moderation be a key consideration (and maybe requirement) of all plug-in development. If CB doesn't already have APIs for plug-ins to user submitted content to voluntarily make themselves subject to moderation - it would be a great roadmap item.

I have already discussed moderation API functionality with Beat and JoomlaJoe. I am sure that something will come up about this.

im coding at the moment a watermark plugin for cb. has this cool gallery also a watermark function? if not, perhabs i can help u with this one. my momentary plugin makes a on the fly watermark. in my roadmap i will make a fixed watermark to reduce the serverload! If you are interestet just pm me
