Problem with CBprofilebook

Hi!
I just installed the profilebook-plugin for CB.
It works fine, but on the userprofile I get this error:

What versions CB, Joomla and are you using a language file?

Want to speed up the release of CB 1.2 and Plugins? Before posting, please read CB 1.1 Bugs stickies or CB 1.2 Identified Issues and the FAQs and Search the forum and the Web for your error. If not found, post Joomla, CB, PHP, Database and Browser versions, along with the exact error you are getting and results. Fewer posts for the developers to sift through will result in faster releases!
If you're looking for CB plugins, try the Downloads section, Directory (new) section or Joomla Community Builder-specific extensions.

I'm getting the same error - well the path is different, but it says
"Notice: Use of undefined constant _VOTE_POOR - assumed '_VOTE_POOR' in" ... "line 830" and also repeated with line 836.
I have not installed any language files, it says default English.
I am using Joomla 1.5 CB 1.2 RC 3, and CB profilebook (version not given).
I am using it locally, but everything else is the same as the previous poster's problem.
In the profilebook.php file line 830 has

Line 836 has

Any advice would be appreciated. I really love the plug-in and hate to drop it.
