I suspect that the root of this problem lies in the comprofiler fix used after the disasterous Joomla 1.0.13 update.
List of events
Upgraded to J1.0.13 from J1.0.12
Lost logins in CB
Fixed problem with comprofiler fix in "Do not upgrade for now...." forum
Unpgraded to CB 1.1
Upgraded to J1.0.15
Lost user edit fields for username, password, verify password, select editor maybe others too.
Does this help? Is there something in my sql that I can remove/repair/replace without deleting members details. With in excess of 100 members this would be tedious.
Hope that pours a bit more light on the subject so that I can get CB back online on my site.

My problem is something like that....users cannot change the profile, all fields are available, but after saving their changes in contact info as well additional info....error 404 shows up, component not available.
the avatar can be uploaded and a profile book can be set too and connections too.....
I changed already in de cb.core.php the line 234 concerning the user parameters and array (read thet often on internet) (change the both lines , last one first).
Even if the people are registered i put contact info and add. info on public.
Is there a file (or more) in Cb that should be writable anyway exept for the config-file?
Please help me, my family is complaining, cannot tell anything about them selfs.
