I get a similar error... but only when the user uploads the their first image... (the image uploads still uploads ok, but still get the error...)

Warning: copy(/home/quantumi/public_html/biker/images/comprofiler/plug_profilegallery/index.html) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/quantumi/public_html/biker/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbprofilegallery/ cb.profilegallery.php on line 362
Failed to be add index.html to the plugin gallery - please contact administrator!

When they upload other image everything seems fine...
