Those two classes are Joomla CSS classes (look in your Joomla template CSS file) as the following; change as necessary.

I tried everything - put a border 3px none on every css file I could find. Nothing wokrs...Cannot find either the file to chante size 16X16 of the icones..HELP PLEASE. Thanks

Borders around icons on the registration page? This is not provided by CB or Joomla. Please examine your template. I recommend Firebug for Firefox then using "Inspect Element" on the icons, this will reveal its HTML and CSS once done simply examine the border CSS and its location.
