After installing CB and sync users can you remove all users from Joomla without loosing CB users. I want to control all users with CB but have previously registered users in frontend. Can I safely remove them?

CB does not hack Joomla in any way.

CB uses the Joomla tables and extends things by adding its own tables in your database.

After you install CB, you should use the CB User Management backend to manage your user base.

Removing a user from CB User Management will remove entry from Joomla user table also.

Removing a user from Joomla user management will basically mess up CB user table because it will not be able to link to joomla user row.
