I have Joomla 1.5.14 and CB 1.2.1, and then, my question is, How disable the required fields if to blocking the users ?

Because, much records in the database is required when is modify the record in Community Builder form, and this moment, in the configuration, the field required in Admin is in 'yes', and i do not change this.

Is for code, in the file ;

admin.comprofiler.controller.php

if (block = '1'){
// here disable the required fields
}

Edit your fields within Field Management and change them from being required. I recommend you upgrade your releases. Latest Joomla is 1.5.20 and latest CB is 1.2.3, you're significantly out of date. We don't support core edits so can not advise you on editing core files.

Please upgrade to CB 1.2.3.
