Hi,

I have created a menu called "Groups" as type external link to GroupJive. This is fine until I clicked into a group, category or most things in GroupJive, the link generated are all ended with "Itemid=16"

which took user to a page showing unwanted left and right modules that I have configured for other CB menu. If I manually removed Itemid=16 in the link, the left and right modules are gone and I got a clean full page showing GroupJive group only.

How is Itemid=16 generated? How can this be solved?

GJ will append CBs itemid if GJ can't find one for itself. Do not use External menus as they do not create Itemids. You'll need to use the "Create Menu" feature within GJ to generate an external menu link giving GJ its own Itemid. You can find this in CB > Plugin Management > CB GroupJive and at the top of the page you'll see "Frontend URL" then next to that is "(Create Menu)". Simply click this link to generate a menu link to GJ. It will be placed in a new Menu type called "GroupJive" and you can move it anywhere you like from there.
