When a user receives an invite through the uddeIM PMS the link to confirm the invite shows up as html tags with nothing clickable.

Below would be an example, but it works fine here! Why would it not display on our site? Same code

And like magic, the solution.

The parameter is, 'Allow BB code tags' under the messages tab in uddeIM.
It is initially set to, 'font formats only' - it needs to be 'yes'
