The jQuery loaded in by your Template is causing errors which is breaking the calendars jQuery and subsequently the time inputs jQuery. I've disabled the jQuery loaded by your Joomla template and issue is resolved. Additionally you now have latest GJ 2.5 developer build as was testing if would resolve the issue. I recommend keeping the jQuery loaded by your template disabled or contact your template developer for further support.
