[SOLVED] there is any way to post url?

By add an image to a wall post you're meaning add an image from the Photos of the group? Nope. Not unless you add the URL and add an image using the WYSIWYG editor with that URL. Commenting for various integrations such as photos, files, videos, etc.. is planned already.

just one last thing, I think it obvious but, ..., when you use a url the characters count in chars limit... I think there is the only one option...

Character count applies to any character. Doesn't matter if you're adding HTML as that HTML will count against you. It's a basic character limit feature. It doesn't try to guess what is and isn't HTML then exclude HTML, etc.. as that could easily be abused.
