Hi,

I really like the plugins "CB Auto Action" and "CB GroupJive Auto". But the last one is limited to only 4 options (Join groups, Leave groups, New Group, New Category) and the first one doesn't have GroupJive events.

Is there a way to Auto execute some PHP-code right after a new group is created?

Yes, using CB Auto Actions using a Code action with the after group create trigger (latest CB Auto Actions has GJ triggers in the Triggers dropdown) and set the method to PHP.

Hi Krileon,

Times fly when you have CB-fun ;-) I thought I was on the latest version with my CB 1.9 but I was still on CB Auto Actions version 3.1.3 (???). So I updated this plugin and now I see the many GroupJive triggers.

By the way, what is the difference between PHP(eval) and PHP(create_function)?

Please see the below for differences.

www.php.net/manual/en/function.eval.php
www.php.net/manual/en/function.create-function.php

Normally eval is disabled on hosts. It's generally best to just go with create_function, but it's entirely up to you.
