There is a singular lack of documentation on the capabilities of group jive in a CB context. At least I could not find anything useful. Could someone please post some links and a roadmap.

GJ 1.8.x isn't ours; we took the project under wing and made it work where it previously did not. This was so users would not be left without groups of some form. We do not provide any documentation or official support for 1.8.x aside from making it work.
With that aside we're preparing golden release of GJ 2.0 and hoping to release this week. GJ 2.0 is rebuilt by us from the ground up and is planned to have documentation (while at first very basic) as well as official support.
