The cbsubs documentation is quite overwhelming to the newcomer. I actually did my best to at least skim all of it, as this is a big project. But there's only so much you can glean from 300+ pages.

Right, there is no substitute for investing time to read.
CBSubs is very powerful and even 300 pages is not enough. If you can suggest a more effective method, please do.
