Thanks for your suggestion.
Will Joomla/CB settings be lost when I do it?
It´s hard to do something radical now, cause we just went live...

No, but be sure to perform a backup. CB configuration will not be overwritten when using expert upgrade. Also perform the same for Joomla and CBSubs if possible.

Alternatively, to rule out a hosting setup issue, you could install another joomla, cb and cbsubs instance into a subfolder with a different database ;)

or a different prefix of tables (e.g. instead of jos_ and tst_) ;)

That could then make your staging site where you test things before going live ;)

The problem is sorted out.
I migrated the shop to another host to get the errorlog. the problem was a leftover after deinstall of joobi. When deleting three library_system_plugin files referring to joobi, the CB plugin worked just fine.
Thanks for your help!

I knew it all the time......i just didn´t think of it before.

Can you provide more detail about what Joobi files pooched your install? I removed all my joobi apps, but still get the same error.

I'm hoping that's all it is.

I do not remember exactly. When all joobi parts had been removed I still got error messages. After looking into the error log, I searched for filenames containing "library_system_plugin".
I found three files in the same folder (some place in admin, I think). When I deleted those three files everything just worked.

Good luck!

instead of deleting any files, the better way to handle this is to disable the "Online Status Update" plugin which is a joobi plugin as outlined here:
www.joomlapolis.com/component/option,com_joomlaboard/Itemid,38/func,view/id,119209/catid,110/limit,6/limitstart,6/

CB 2.3, CBsubs 4.3, PHP 7.1, J! 3.9.X
