Run repair on the table or drop it all together; history table will not affect you negatively. It is used to store various information as to what CBSubs is doing at the time but not particular important as far as financial records is concerned. This appears to have happened due to an improper uninstall (which probably happened due to database corruption).

That did the trick! I dropped the table and was able to successfully reinstall the latest version of cbsubs. Thanks so much!
