I have tried FF/IE 8. No errors
Dump cache, cleared cookies, removed joobi apps (as suggested from another forum)
Using GoDaddy - Curl yes, PHP 5.0,
Joomla 1.5.15

Do you have a checklist to perform that I can try some other ideas?
What is enabling the FTP layer? (page 36)

Never mind.
Apparently, Joobie likes to hang around in the file structure and pooch everything.

Once I get this cleaned out, it looks like I'm good to go.
