Thanks Kyle, that does work. I had seen the screen before but had no idea to do what you suggested. Its a little counter intuitive to "turn on invoicing" to get to a screen where you can "turn off invoicing".

It turns out that the "hack" using CSS that I mention below works better in this case because it presents a useful intermediate screen without the "Invoicing" text.
