CB Invites email links go to 404

CB Invites email links go to 404 was created by miab
I am testing my new CB site and am trying to send/respond to Invitations. When I receive an invitation email it contains a link to the inviter's profile and one to accept the invitation. My problem is that both are going to a 404 Not Found page. Am I missing something in the configuration?
