SOLVED - Required Fields was created by ducks_mrd
Apologies if I have missed it in the instructions.
However must you create a field for all of the facebook and twitter fields. Some of them I have no interest in linking up.
Just checking if in the long run it will cause any problems leaving them blank in the plugin settings.

Pretty sure its stated in the documentation.
If you do not want to synchronize facebook fields with CB field, then don't.

Thanks for confirming that as I couldn't see that in the 20 pages.
