I followed the install instructions very carefully and have double checked everything but the Facebook Connect button still does not show up on my cb login form.

I see nothing in the markup that suggests the button is there but just not displaying due to some CSS error. I am using a very simple custom theme that I developed myself. I changed the theme back to the standard Atomic Joomla theme and the button still did not appear.

I am running Joomla 1.7 and CB Facebook Connect 1.5. I get no error messages anywhere that indicates any issue.

Can anybody help?

And don't I feel like a fool. I missed this key step - "In order for this plugin to integrate with the CB Login module you must make sure that the ‘CB Plugins Integration‟ parameter on the CB Login module is Enabled."
