Your host doesn't support IPRESOLVE. Set "Force IPV4:" within FBC configuration to "No".

Hi Kyle, thanks for pointing that. Yea, the error message is gone after I've turned off the IPV4 option. But I still getting the error "User failed to initiate!" when logging in with Facebook. =(

Ensure you're testing with a valid normal Facebook account. Business accounts will not work. Beyond that I've no idea. Facebook isn't responding to your HTTP request. Could be an issue on their end or your application could be configured wrong.
