It has to be CURL related. It only uses Snoopy if "curl_init" function doesn't exist. When it uses snoopy and its an HTTPS request it needs "exec", which is disabled by your host. So either/or needs to be fixed for it to work. There is no exceptions as Facebook will not permit unsecured requests.ok so i checked about the curl its enabled, something else is causing it,
what else could it be?
