Purchased Captcha module, installation into CB1.4 fails:

Unrecoverable error "PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)"
Installation file not found:

Suggestions please.

Check to see if you've run out or are close to be running out of space on your server. ;)

Make sure you are installing as a CB Plugin via the CB Plugin Manager.

Also, if on a macos make sure that the package does not have a new _MacOS folder added to it.
