Captcha- Invalid security Code

Captcha- Invalid security Code was created by brianfischer74
Captcha was working for me. People were able to register. Suddenly it gives a "Security Code is Invalid" I've made no changes to the site at all.
I have tried clearing the cache on my site.
I do notice that I have this in the prerequisite
Plugin Prerequisites
Captcha Requirements: GD: GD NOT INSTALLED!!!
Freetype: FREETYPE NOT INSTALLED!!!
However it has always had that and worked.
Joomla. 1.5.22
Captcha 2.2.2

Looks like your host messed up some upgrade - please contact your host for assistance.
Captcha will not work without GD/FREETYPE.

Hi Nant,
Thanks for the response. I contacted my host and they say that it is installed and activiated on the server. It is bluehost.com and I'm on a shared server. Is there something that I need to do within joomla or community builder to get it working?
The weird thing is I can change it from 10 characters to 8 characters and it works. However I do get some bogus spam users or whatever they are called. So maybe it isn't working because of the gdfreetype message.
