Can you please tell me how you were able to get the xhml file in the Captcha plugin? I need to add this on another site and it is still stating the file is missing. Yes, i am in cb plugins.

I did not do anything special - I just installed the package you have using the CB Plugin Manager.

Hi, I am having a somewhat similar issue.

I am using Joomla 1.5.23, CB 1.7 and I just purchased and downloaded the Captcha plugin (2.2). When I try to install the plugin from within CB Plugin Management backend, I get the following errors:

Hiello, I expect the plugin to be sold together with some basic support. I meet all the installation requirements and I would appreciate some kind of support for the problems I am having w/the simple installation. Is this forum monitored? Thanks.

Guessing you are o a Mac and the Macos is forcing automatically a _MACOSX folder in the archive - this is causing issues.

Get rid of the _MACOSX that was forced in the catcha package and try installing again.

Also for other Mac users (I am not one so got input from Beat):

Mac:
1) Safari browser has a preference setting in General settings tab: "Open "safe" files after downloading" which means uncompress Zip files among others. This should be unchecked (it's checked by default) before downloading a joomla archive.
2) There is a setting to not compress also Mac resource forks of files.
