plug_cbcaptcha_2_3 was created by rozenblum
Hello,
I tried to install plug_cbcaptcha_2_3 on my Joomla 5.23.
I got a error message : Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package, from Joomla.
Did I make something wrong ?

Yes - it is a CB plugin not a Joomla extension.
Means you need to install it using the CB Plugin Manager and not the Joomla Extensions Installer.
