This error means most likely that you have no installed the proper CB Captcha plugin.

Please download the latest CB Captcha from the Advanced download area here:
www.joomlapolis.com/downloads/cat_view/56-advanced-member-download-area

and install as a CB PLugin using the CB Plugin Manager.
