How can I delete the plugin received by a user. I can not find this in Joomla and in the database.

The rating plugin can be deleted from Plugin Management if indeed that is the ratings you are seeing. Please note the rating plugin is only available to documentation subscribers. If you wish to continue to use it, please subscribe.
