Thanks so much for the help. Sorry bout posting in the wrong place, I'll get the hang of this one day:blush:

I see the following two lines:
[Your current quota marks: %1$d/%2$d items %3$d/%4$d Kbytes (%5$d%% consumed - %6$d%% free)]' =>

' [Your current quota marks: %1$d/%2$d items %3$d/%4$d Kbytes (%5$d%% consumed - %6$d%% free) - single upload size %7$d Kbytes]

I'm guessing to change the text "Your current quota marks", I change it in the 2nd line - not the 1st?

Yes, you'll need to adjust the second line. Below is a structure diagram on what to change.
