It's already released and available to Advanced subscribers such as your self. Please download and install. Please note the conflict check is no guarantee. It simply checks if the PHP library classes already exist and if they do then it won't load its own library. To avoid conflicts entirely you could use latest released CB Connect available to professional subscribers on incubator which users OpenSocial and not a 3rd party PHP library.

You sure its updated, cause v1.1 was the one i used originally.

My mistake, FBC was the one to receive noConflict mode and released as v1.3. Twitter has not yet been released with the noConflict mode. Currently only way around the conflict is to disable one or the other or make core edits to ensure one or the other does not include Twitters PHP library.
