Is there any support available for this issue? I bought the plugin and it doesn't work as advertised.

Found the solution and it was my mistake - plugin works without problems.

In the Configuration Manager under 'user profile' -> 'allow access to' change the group who should be able to see the settings.

What I found strange is that altough I had super admin before the registered users where able to change those fields.
