I installed it on a joomla 2.5 site with cb 1.8.
The mailfunction doesn't work.
The form is shown on the users profile.
Is there a solution for making is work on a J2.5 site?

This is not a Public Mail issue! It uses the Joomla email system, so this is where the problem is!

The copy of the message is sent and received. The joomla mailfunctions seems to work.

In that case it sounds like a server or spam filter problem.
I have many times heard about only half the emails from Joomla being sent, until the send method is changed to another way. Best is SMTP.
