Joomla 1.6 CB 1.4 and CBProfilepro

Is it possible to configure CB so that if someone decides to decline a connection request, that they provide their reason why they are declining the request and for that message to be sent to the requester by pms or email?

Altenratively there are fields defined in the language file that I could expand upon, but where is the configuration that enables these messages to be sent when the connection is declined?
