I would like to request for the help on integer field and input of mobile number example "9847432454" of Nepal phone format. When I input the number in registration it changes in the profile. Please help me.
What expression should I place for the above number to the exact in the profile ?

You could use a text type field and make a custom perl expression to format the type of input allowed.

As I am not a guru, you would need to read more about Perl Expressions. Perhaps google it to find an expression that fits your formatting requirements.
