Ok, I know my subscription has run out and I'll renew it as soon as I possibly can... but I really could do with some help, here.

Our website was running on J!2.5.7 from last year and I decided to update it to 2.5.11. I also updated the core CB and Kunena, only because Joomla suggested I did... but as soon as I updated Kunena, I got this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function kimport() in /home1/***/public_html/mannings85.com/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbforums/cbforums.class.php on line 28

I can't access the back-end either; the same message appears.

When I went into cPanel, I realized that the file mentioned in the error message did not get updated when I updated CB or Kunena (there are still references to Kunena17). Then it dawned on me... updating the core doesn't update the plugins!

The irony of it is I did a full back-up using Akeeba, just before I did the updates... great, huh?

Please help me! A strand of hair is falling out of my head with every word I type.

Ok... gonna try Kickstart... fingers crossed...

I can't use Kickstart, because although a back-up was done, the archives weren't downloaded to the local drive... and I can't find any of the parts on the server!

I am sooo stuck!

Anybody? Please?
