[SOLVED] Update from 2.4.2 to 2.7.0 not working

[SOLVED] Update from 2.4.2 to 2.7.0 not working was created by racinginstructor
I'm getting a notification in the Joomla admin for one of my sites that an update is avaiable (see first screenshot). When I click the update button it opens the updates page but Community Builder isn't there (see second screenshot).

Did you try "Clear Cache" and then "Find updates" button at top ?

What are your PHP and database version ?

PHP version 7.4.27, MySql version 5.6.41-84.1. Joomla is also the latest version, 3.10.5.

It is a shared server of a hosting reseller account and it is not possible for me to upgrade the MySql version if that is the problem. I have checked this with the main hosts reseller support.

And yes, I tried clearing the cache and clicking "find updates".

It's not a PHP and MySQL versions issue, as PHP 7.4.27 and Mysql 5.6.41 are fine.

Check in sub-menu on left "Update sites" if the Joomlapolis versions servers are enabled ?

Looks like the entry is missing. An install-over will upgrade it and should re-create the missing entry.

You should be able to upgrade CB through Community Builder -> plugin management -> install from web.
Or through just re-installing it from Joomla's "Install from Web" tab.
Or by downloading it from Downloads here and uploading it on your site.
