Can you remove the bad language plugin from CB Plugin Mangager?

No, I do not have access to the CB Plugin Manager. I get error message "Direct Access to this location is not allowed."

Then you need to use phpmyadmin to edit your comprofiler_plugin table and find the row with this bad plugin and edit the published column to unpublish it.
