[SOLVED] Problems with CB Subs Upgrade

Hi Krileon,

Thank you for your message and quick response. I can assure you that the plan, the joomla bot and all plugins have also been upgraded.

I have not enabled detailed mode and see no option to do so. Where is this?

I will send you the login information and a couple of screenshots by pm.

Regarding the tab provision issue > I think this is
not CB Subs issue...we will fix this.

Have reviewed your installation and there does not appear to be an issue present. The extra fields are displaying because you have those fields configured as follows.

Still Available for Profile Owner himself: Yes

This means no matter what plans you select to be required if you are viewing your OWN profile it will display that field.

Look at someone elses profile and it is displaying perfectly fine. Changing the above parameter would resolve this meaning the profile owner would need that subscription to also see the field.

Ok thank you very much for your reply...I will give that a try.

However, I will note that this was not a problem before the upgrade.

So maybe the upgrade toggled those settings?

Well there were bugs in previous releases that caused some features to not properly function, which is likely why it didn't work before and thus appeared to work fine for you.

Thanks Krileon! that solved the problem. I had to re-program 100 fields...But I guess that's my fault.
