[#3446] Can not delete users was created by alyonka
I've installed 1.8 and faced a problem where I can not delete a scope of users, when using a check field in the header. It gives me an error "Please make a selection from the list to delere" thought that all users are selected.
If I choose users manually, they are deleting perfectly.

Confirmed, looks like a bug of some sort. To resolve don't use the "Check All" checkbox at the top. Instead check the individual users checkbox then click delete. I've created the below bug ticket for further investigation.

All patches are generated from Joomla root. Do not apply patches unless you're familiar with their usage.
