I don't see any fields for user's addresses. Do I have to add the fields myself?
If I have to add the fields myself, Is there any special fields that have City & State pulldowns?

Yes, sample data can create some basic fields for address information though.Do I have to add the fields myself?
No, we don't have a Country > State > City dropdown sequence yet. A new plugin to provide this is planned after CB 2.0 goes stable.Is there any special fields that have City & State pulldowns?

No, no new plugins will be developed until all current plugin upgrades are done. Currently we've still a few plugin upgrades to do.There are updates to the plugin dropdown sequence you were talking about?
