There is still no such functionality from frontend - it would be nice to be able to select a list and then send to all the users on that list - from frontend. Pretty easy to implement I believe

Well yes - that would be a possibility - Fabrik can do almost anything with the data in the db But would still be nice to have as a native function or as a plugin.
