Id like to have some multiplayer games made for my site, once I get my grant im getting in the next few weeks, but theres a few things I want to know first.

Who would i contact to make these games? Would i have to provide the images for the games to them, and also, would i need to give them certain information such as the location of the database for the game to connect to and such? Since id want the games to do a few things.

Firstly, I'd want users to be able to challenge eachother to play which would possibly be sent through the UddeIM, Secondly I'd want the games to have scoreboards for users high scores, and thirdly, Id want the users scores to show up in a certain tab on the users profile (the users profile would also be a place where the challenge to play game buttons would be) I'd only have one game to start with but I'd like to build more onto it.

Not sure what this has to do with CB.. moved to development request boards. You should discuss this matter with a game developer or something of the sort. Believe what you're wanting is already provided via PUArcade if I'm not mistaken.
