I'm looking for someone who can help me move my current site to joomla platform at REASONABLE cost.

The site has been dormant for a number of years. No need to move profiles.



Here is what I need:



- membership website that can accept monthly fees from both Americans and Europeans .

e.g. ccbill gateway with the integration of credit cards for Americans and EU DIRECT PAY (EU DEBIT is optional) for Europeans

- help me customize a theme (i have a header and know which colors i want to use)



- i need a site that has social interactive features(forums, videos, groups, blogs, and other popular social features)
